Our training involves Ki training. "Ki" is life force/universal energy, as known in AiKi Jujitsu, or also known as "Chi" in Chi Kung, and "Prana" in Yoga breathing exercise. At World Martial Arts Center, we teach various Ki exercises to sharpen the mind, to purify the blood, to strengthen tendons, bones and ligaments, and to promote longevity and youthful, agile body.

Training also involves mental conditioning to teach you how to be focused and calm even under stressful and dangerous conditions, to stay mentally clear and psychologically balanced under pressures, and to make quick, rational decisions even in the most unfavorable circumstances.

We teach you how to be self-disciplined, resourceful, motivated and productive in all areas of your life. This includes work and personal relationships.
