Use of the 36 kicking techniques and over 144 striking techniques, and how to apply them to the 367 pressure points (weak and sensitive areas of the body) will achieve maximum proficiency, by using minimum effort and applying your greatest strength to your opponent's weakest areas. Even a small person is formidable and dangerous against larger opponents using these special techniques.
However the practice of martial arts goes far beyond the physical (punching, kicking, throwing, locking, etc.) the physical is only 20 percent of real martial arts training.
