Character Development
The HapKiDo student develops a generous and tolerant character, with a tough spirit, who is a faithful and honorable person. A strong individual with a good character has a love for others and is not afraid to protect them against adversaries. And, this person is a true warrior when it comes to facing the many challenges of life.
The study of HapKiDo develops a person’s soul and character in four distinct ways. The first is the development of a strong mind that doesn’t give up in the face of adversity and which attains goals and advances far toward fulfillment and perfection. The second is a generous and tolerant character, which reacts softly and calmly in any situation. The third is a tough spirit that bears courageously and firmly and stand patiently and unyielding. Lastly, there evolves a faithful and honorable person who meets all commitments.
